Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing spare parts, tools, and consumables.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels to meet workshop and fleet requirements.
  • Verify the quality and quantity of received items against purchase orders.
  • Label, tag, and categorize items for easy identification and retrieval.
  • Issue parts and consumables to mechanics and technicians based on approved job cards.
  • Monitor fast-moving parts and raise alerts for reordering.
  • Ensure critical parts for vehicle maintenance (filters, brake pads, tires, batteries, etc.) are always available.
  • Coordinate with the Workshop Supervisor and Fleet Manager regarding part requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in automotive or car rental industry.
  • Diploma or technical qualification in Automobile/Mechanical field (preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English.
