Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
At Chalhoub, creativity is a team effort! Working as a Store Manager you are responsible for driving the store business, building a base of loyal VIP customers by recruiting and retaining them, managing the team and ensuring full adherence to the brand s guidelines and store processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand and communicate its values through all interactions.
- Define and execute store action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships using data to create future opportunities.
- Lead and develop the team by recruiting, coaching, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Promote growth mindset and monitor team development and performance improvement plans.
- Drive an omnichannel customer experience, focusing on clienteling and VIP engagement.
- Ensure operational excellence by following policies, managing e-commerce orders, and maintaining VM standards.
- Leverage technology tools to enhance customer experience and train the team on their use.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and HR guidelines while optimizing floor coverage based on traffic data.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience as Store Manager
- Fluent in both Arabic & English
