Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee daily operations, including production, logistics, and supply chain management, to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Analyze performance metrics and initiate improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure operational costs are within the designated limits.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and eliminate bottlenecks, enhancing overall performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards, minimizing risks and safeguarding company assets.
  • Implement technology solutions and systems to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Prepare detailed reports for upper management, highlighting operational successes and areas for development.

Desired Candidate Profile

7-8 years of jewelry industry experience

5 years of experience as operational manager in jewelry field mandatory

Languages known: English, arabic, hindi

Driving license advantage
