Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations by overseeing sales performance, inventory management, and customer service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive growth and profitability while aligning with corporate objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability among staff members.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and attract customers, ensuring promotional displays reflect current campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in preferred or related fields preferred for a solid foundational understanding of retail operations.

  • A minimum of 7-8 years of retail management experience, showcasing a proven track record of driving sales and managing teams effectively.

  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales target

  • Proven experience in handling large sales team

  • Deep understanding of Diamonds, High-value jewellery sales

  • Experience in UAE/GCC market (Preferred)

  • Strong Leadership, Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Result-oriented mindset with ownership mentality
