Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Branch Manager – Gold & Jewellery

Location: Dubai
Experience Required: 1–3 years (in similar role within Gold & Jewellery industry)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee daily operations of our Jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and prior experience in the gold and Jewellery sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall branch operations, including sales, staff, and inventory

  • Drive sales targets and ensure achievement of business goals

  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service

  • Handle high-value customers and maintain strong client relationships

  • Monitor stock levels, gold inventory, and ensure proper display standards

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and coordinate with management

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure quick resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in similar industry as a Branch Manager

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role

  • Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, and Jewellery retail operations

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets

  • Good understanding of inventory control and showroom management

  • Customer relationship management
