Luxury Fashion


We re seeking a dynamic and inspiring Store Manager to lead a flagship boutique for a leading luxury fashion brand. This role requires a results-driven professional with a passion for fashion, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong understanding of delivering world-class customer experiences in a high-end retail environment.


What You ll Do

Business Leadership

  • Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve business objectives while maintaining operational excellence.

  • Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating exceptional client engagement and promoting a customer-first culture.

  • Monitor and analyze store performance, sales trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate with senior retail management to develop and implement business action plans that drive category and client growth.

  • Ensure optimal stock management, full-price sell-through, and alignment with new product launches.

Client Development

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with top clients and VIP customers.

  • Lead the team in providing exceptional, personalized service to every client both in-store and through appointments.

  • Drive CRM initiatives, ensuring effective client data capture and utilization to strengthen loyalty and retention.

  • Promote brand visibility through community engagement and exclusive in-store events.

People & Performance Management

  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing team through regular coaching, development plans, and performance reviews.

  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

  • Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure strong sales coverage and operational efficiency.

  • Partner with HR on employee relations, engagement, and training initiatives.

Operations & Visual Merchandising

  • Oversee all store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, financial accuracy, and loss prevention.

  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure timely reporting and administrative compliance.

  • Uphold global visual merchandising standards while adapting to local market requirements to enhance brand visibility.

  • Lead stock control, inventory accuracy, and product availability in line with sales priorities.

What We re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Store Manager in luxury fashion retail.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on, motivational approach.

  • Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of the luxury market.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).

  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable with a strong sense of ownership.
