Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, ensuring targets are consistently met.
  • Manage inventory levels meticulously, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing shrinkage and waste.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, operational challenges, and strategic initiatives to senior management.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in fashion store management.
  • Relevant certifications in retail operations or inventory management are highly desirable.
  • Fluency in the Arabic & English languages is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for customer engagement.
  • Strong technical skills in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software are essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal & Sales skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff while managing diverse personalities.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, capable of making quick decisions in dynamic retail environments.
