Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare management information reports and figures, and set store action plan on low KPIs performance
• Conduct market study and communicate market or mall events to the Brand Manager
• Ensure all ranges are effectively distributed and merchandised between stock and shop floor in line with brand image and standards
• Solve critical operational problems including customers complaints and communicate it with the Brand Manager and Back Office
• Manage product orders by analyzing sales performance to meet and maximize targets, and ensure healthy stock cover on item/category level
• Handle the opening and closing of the store, and ensure policies and procedures are followed
• Conduct Japanese meetings in order to ensure objectives and events are properly understood and communicated
• Prepare employees schedule and leave requests based on the commercial calendar (Visitors traffic, daily sales targets, and events) and operational needs in coordination with the HR Department
• Ensure a smooth and efficient receiving process of items/shipments as well as monitor all kind of inventory activities
• Manage the store staff by setting goals and objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating employees, identifying successors, and creating a positive work environment in order to have a successful retention rate
