Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor store performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, ensuring targets are consistently met.
  • Create and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with brand standards and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns that resonate with customers, boosting foot traffic and sales.
  • Manage inventory levels meticulously, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing shrinkage and waste.
  • Oversee training and development programs for staff, equipping them with the skills needed for exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, operational challenges, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any Graduation
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in retail management
  • Experience working in high-traffic retail environments, demonstrating the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Fluency in the local language is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for customer engagement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff while managing diverse personalities.
