Responsibilities

Achieving the sales target specified by the company

Commitment to official working hours

Maintaining the offered products, serving the customer in
an appropriate manner, receiving customers well and
looking good.

Knowing all the information related to the products and
providing a full explanation about it to the customer,
explaining the advantages of each type to the customers,
the method of use, and the services provided by the
company to the customer after sales.

Receive the price for the products sold in the absence of a
fund official and make all the procedures for the daily
delivery of the accounts daily.

Maintaining the permanent customers of the exhibition,
increasing and diversifying the products sold, and
following up on customer requests until delivery.

Raise the exhibition official with the needs of customers
that are not available in the exhibition and follow up on
their insurance, and provide the director with information
on any competing or useful products that can be added to
the company's product list.

Ensure that satisfactory services and quality goods reach
customers.

Familiarity with and full knowledge of how to use the
company's program

Maintaining client privacy and business confidentiality.

Welcoming customers and guidance inside the store's
departments.

Provide accurate information such as product features,
prices and after-sales services.

Responding to customers regarding products and services.

Show comparisons of prices and additional features to
encourage customers to purchase.

Supervising the procedures for recalling and replacing
products.

Coordination with the retail sales team to provide
excellent customer service, especially during peak times.

Informing customers of the latest offers and discounts on
an ongoing basis.
