Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue raw materials & packaging

• Maintain FIFO/FEFO, batch & expiry tracking

• Manage WIP and Finished Goods movement

• Maintain a Scrap Store for expired, damaged, or rejected materials

• Update stock movements in ERP (Odoo preferred)

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements: 2–5 years experience in bakery / FMCG stores, ERP knowledge, attention to detail Qualification: High School / Diploma (Bachelor preferred)
