Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Maintain accurate records of all materials and supplies in the store.

2. Receive incoming materials, verify their quality and quantity, and record them in the inventory system.

3. Coordinate with the QA/QC team for timely inspection of incoming materials to ensure compliance with purchase order specifications.

4. Monitor stock levels and initiate reorder requests to prevent material shortages.

5. Coordinate with the Procurement team to follow up on deliveries or resolve discrepancies.

6. Issue materials to various departments or project teams, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.

7. Organize the store in a systematic and efficient manner to ensure easy access and retrieval of materials.

8. Ensure the store complies with safety regulations and standards to prevent accidents or material damage.

9. Maintain inventory logs and transaction records in the ERP system.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and inventory control standards.
