Issuing Goods: Delivering materials or products to various departments within the company or to customers, based on official approved issuance requests.

Inventory Stocktaking (Jard): Conducting periodic inspections (monthly or annually) of existing materials to ensure that actual physical quantities match the records in logbooks or computer systems.

Inventory Control: Alerting management or the purchasing department when the quantity of a specific item is running low (reorder point) to initiate a new purchase order.
