Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods.
- Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure optimal space utilization and easy retrieval of items.
- Dispatch goods accurately and in a timely manner according to delivery or production schedules.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records using manual logs or warehouse management systems.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, and discrepancies.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Ensure the store or warehouse area is clean, safe, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to support operational requirements.
- Identify and report any damaged or defective items.
- Implement and follow proper storage procedures for different categories of materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With at least 5 years of experience in warehouse or store management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to lift and move goods safely and follow warehouse safety practices.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
