Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manages inventory, materials issuance, and proper storage at site.
- Maintains accurate stock records.
- Tracks daily attendance and work hours of site personnel, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to HR and project management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum),
- Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Basic computer training (Excel, ERP systems) is desirable
Knowledge & Skills:
- Inventory control systems and stock management
- Construction materials and storage practices
- Timekeeping and attendance tracking procedures
- Basic recordkeeping and data entry
- Organization and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP systems)
- Communication and coordination with site teams
- Punctuality and reliability
