Job Description:

The Strategy & Insights Manager will translate data and cultural understanding into actionable insights that drive brand growth. You ll partner with planners and clients to develop strategies rooted in consumer behavior, media performance, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects and insights generation across key client categories.
  • Synthesize data, trends, and research into clear strategic narratives.
  • Collaborate with media and creative teams to shape communications strategies.
  • Support new business and thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards and measurement frameworks to evaluate performance.
  • Mentor junior team members on insight development and storytelling.
