Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis and design of buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Evaluate material specifications to ensure compatibility with design and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders on project designs.
• Perform site inspections to ensure construction compliance with design specifications.
• Investigate structural failures and recommend corrective solutions and improvements.
• Ensure all structural engineering projects adhere to safety regulations and codes.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and construction teams as needed.
• Develop innovative solutions for engineering problems to improve project outcomes.
• Prepare project reports, proposals, and technical documents for clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with advancements in structural engineering techniques and software.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordinate with different project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility for licensing preferred.
• Minimum of three years experience in structural engineering or related field.
• Strong proficiency in structural analysis software and computer-aided design (CAD).
• In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
