Structural Modeler

As a Structural BIM Modeler, you will collaborate closely with structural engineers, BIM coordinators, consultants, and contractors to support the successful delivery of the project. Responsibilities will include:

• Developing, updating, and maintaining structural BIM models in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and site information
• Producing shop drawings, construction documentation, and fabrication deliverables to support execution activities
• Coordinating structural models with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines as part of integrated BIM workflows
• Identifying clashes, discrepancies, and modeling issues, and supporting timely resolution through coordination meetings
• Ensuring models comply with project BIM standards, QA/QC procedures, and applicable codes
• Supporting BIM coordination, digital reviews, and construction-stage updates
• Contributing across the project lifecycle, from design development through construction and as-built delivery
• Applying AI-assisted modeling, automation tools, and digital workflows to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and consistency

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical Skills
• Advanced proficiency in Revit
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks
• Understanding of BIM standards, QA/QC processes, and construction documentation workflows
• Familiarity with automation or AI-assisted BIM tools is a plus
