Responsibilities:

• Providing counseling services: The Student Counselor provides counseling services to students, including academic, personal, and career counseling.

• Collaborating with faculty and staff: The Student Counselor works closely with faculty and staff to ensure students receive appropriate support and resources. They also provide training to faculty and staff on how to support students.
• Maintaining records: The Student Counselor maintains records of counseling sessions and other student interactions. They also analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Providing crisis intervention: The Student Counselor provides crisis intervention services to students who may be experiencing emotional or psychological distress.
• Conducting outreach: The Student Counselor conducts outreach to promote counseling services and programs to students. They also develop partnerships with other organizations to provide additional support to students.
