Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily studio operations and workflows
- Coordinate resources across design, technical, and administrative teams
- Maintain internal processes, standards, and project protocols
Project Management
- Manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and team allocations
- Coordinate with designers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Support and guide teams through all project stages
- Facilitate communication between departments
- Assist with workload planning and team performance follow-up
Client & Consultant Coordination
- Serve as a key coordination contact throughout project delivery
- Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure design intent and quality are maintained during execution
Quality Control
- Review design packages and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with studio standards and project requirements
- Support the delivery of high-quality presentations and outputs
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline
7 10+ years of experience in interior design, ideally within hospitality projects
Strong project management and coordination skills
Experience leading or supervising design teams
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong understanding of design detailing and project delivery stages
