Subcontract Administrator

• English proficiency
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in EPC contracting (sell side)
• Engineering background
• Familiarity with the technical content and scheduling of one discipline at least (civil works, or mechanical works, or piping works, or electrical works)

Main tasks:

• Subcontractor’ correspondence: collection, registering, interpretation, and drafting for PM review
• Maintain a register of the change/variation requests and update it till the conclusion of the subcontract
• Reply to the claims/change/variation requests according to the subcontract procedures, understanding of the information from scheduling and construction departments
• Assist the Project Manager in the subcontract interpretation and in the negotiation of the claims/change/variation requests by the subcontractor

Salary between 2.500 and 3.000 euro net per month (on 12 months)

Housing allowance: 1.800 euro flat on 12 months

Mob and demob tickets paid by the company

Local transportation in sharing provided by the company

Rotation to be discussed based on his home country. Possible rotation: 120/15.
