Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and administer subcontract agreements in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
Manage the full subcontracting cycle, including prequalification, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and award.
Monitor subcontractor performance, progress, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution.
Review and validate subcontractor invoices, variations, claims, and change orders.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to contractual and legal standards.
Support risk assessment, cost control, and schedule alignment related to subcontracted works.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Subcontracts Engineer or in a similar role within oil & gas/ EPC.
Strong understanding of contract terms, procurement processes, and commercial principles.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced project environment.
Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite, MS Office and relevant project management tools
