Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Contract Oversight

  • Monitor performance of third-party logistics and drilling contractors.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs)

2. Logistics Coordination

  • Manage logistics for field teams including transportation, housing, water, and power supply.
  • Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of crews and equipment

3. Project Execution Support

  • Assist in planning and executing logistics-related components of exploration projects.
  • Track progress and report on logistics KPIs and operational milestones

4. Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce EHSS standards across all logistics and contractor operations.
  • Ensure field infrastructure meets safety and environmental requirements

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, contractor performance, and field operations.
  • Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and support continuous improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training (preferred).

Minimum Experience:

  • 3 5 years in logistics or field operations within mining or industrial environments.
  • Experience managing contractors and remote site logistics.
  • Familiarity with EHSS protocols and operational compliance.
