Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Tanour Al Asr Supermarket is seeking a Supermarket Floor Manager with at least 7 years of experience in the following tasks:
• Daily supervision of workflow within the store.
• Organization and distribution of tasks and shifts.
• Training staff on service standards and ensuring adherence to them.
• Monitoring store cleanliness according to health and food safety standards.
• Ensuring the continuous application of food safety standards.
• Monitoring the quality of food served and ensuring its conformity to the products.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitoring store inventory (equipment, supplies, and products) and reporting any shortages.
• Ensuring compliance with personal hygiene regulations for employees (clothing, gloves, sanitization).
• Address: Administration Building, Damour, Madyar Junction towards Beirut.
