Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the airline food store, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to meet flight schedules.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storage of food items, to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.
- Supervise and train a team of food store staff, providing guidance, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a large food store or a related field, preferably in an airline or industrial catering environment.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage a team effectively.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with relevant certifications (e.g., HACCP).
