Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate is required to supervise and guide operators for machining of components to provided specifications.

Should have experience and knowledge in CNC Turning and Milling and be able to program parts using, Mastercam and/or Fusion 360.


Development of new component including process plan, tool selection, programming on machine. CNC programming and setting on 4 axis, 3 axis and 2 axis turning machine.

Reduce rejection and improve productivity by proper utilization of available resources like man, machine, material.

Work with maintenance group to schedule repairs and PMs.

Should be able to read and create first and third angle drawings, process sheet.
Tooling and Cutting Knowledge is must.

HSE Responsibilities include:
Identification of hazards and associated risk in day to day activities and control measure to be taken with help of Engineer.
Participate in the risk assessment.
Report all type of incident to Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should preferably be ITI qualified or equivalent vocational training.

Should have minimum 8-10 years of experience or non-ITI with hands-on experience of more than 15 years in CNC Machine Shop.
Should have experience in using measurement and quality control devices including gauges, micrometers, calipers and other quality inspection devices.
Should be able to read and interpret blue prints and job orders.
