Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the full lifecycle of events, from concept, budgeting, and logistics to post-event reporting. With input from relevant internal departments.
- Curate a seasonal calendar of luxury member events and experiential activations that enhance engagement and club prestige.
- Liaise with internal teams, partners, and third-party vendors to coordinate all event components including F&B, entertainment, d cor, branding, permits, and security.
- Ensure every event reflects the club s luxury positioning, values, and brand tone.
- Develop detailed event briefs, run-of-shows, and contingency plans.
- Support Member relations colleagues on guest lists, RSVP systems, and VIP hosting protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety, risk management, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate closely with Marketing and PR for promotional and media engagement activities.
- Track event KPIs and prepare post-event evaluation reports.
- Support the BOH Operations manager in the smooth execution of regattas and sailing-related events in collaboration with the marina and yacht racing teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- 4 6 years of experience in event planning or luxury hospitality activations.
- Experience managing premium, high-touch events and VIP protocols.
Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills. Luxury service orientation and aesthetic sensibility. Vendor negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
