Supervisor, Fuel Management AL-AYUNI Investment and Contracting Company

1. Job Purpose:

To supervise operational guidelines as well as safety procedures on equipment fuel facility, verify and delegate regular operations to ensure that projects equipment ready for operating.

2. Principal Accountabilities:

Policies, Processes & Procedures

Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment.

Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets.

Equipment Fuel Management

• Ensure fuel is scheduled to projects equipment.
• Ensure all fuels accounting documents are accurate, complete and ready for submission to Accounting Team
• Verify all receiving documents for accuracy prior to the end of shift.
• Ensure all upload and download fuel samples are being taken either by a laboratory technician or a trained operator.
• Handle overall training program of employees and ensure that the equipment is prepared for Compliance Inspections (CI) or Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs), to be conducted weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Supervise & evaluate employees performance with continuous feedback on their assigned tasks and provide development opportunities to maximize the potential and engagement of employees.
• Supervise the talent pipeline through effective utilization of employee development programs, mentoring programs, career planning and succession planning.
• Supervise employees changes through continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking best practice into account, changes in standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans.
