Roles & Responsibilities
� Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be the face of our service, responsible for both team management and business growth. Sales & Customer Acquisition: Actively engage with individuals in the allotted parking area to promote and convince them to subscribe to our monthly car washing service subscription. Team Management: Efficiently manage and supervise a team of 5 cleaning crew members on a daily basis, ensuring productivity and adherence to company standards. Quality Control: Keep meticulous track of the work done by the cleaning crew to ensure the quality of car cleaning is consistently high and meets the company's standards. Customer Relations: Handle all customer queries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Reporting & Administration: Provide detailed daily/monthly performance reports to the immediate supervisor. Maintain accurate records of all car bookings and calculated earnings (on a daily or monthly basis).
Desired Candidate Profile
UAE Visa Requirement: Candidates must possess their own valid employment/residence visa in the UAE. Proven ability to manage a small team and maintain high service standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with customers (handling inquiries and complaints). Strong organizational skills and an ability to accurately track bookings, earnings, and provide detailed reports. Trustworthy and dependable character is essential for this supervisory role.
