Roles & Responsibilities

Keep the Restaurant Manager informed and seek guidance when needed.

  • Provide exceptional guest service and set the standard for staff.
  • Coach, train, and develop staff to meet departmental goals.
  • Give feedback and manage team performance, including discipline.
  • Ensure consistent and thorough opening and closing procedures.
  • Assign tasks, clarify responsibilities, and validate job roles.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Monitor the performance of restaurant machinery and equipment.
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
  • Understand gaming center operations, rules, and systems for smooth service.
  • Perform other assigned duties related to the role.
  • Desired Candidate Profile

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is an advantage.
    • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle guest needs effectively.
    • Positive attitude with a high energy level and professional demeanor.
    • Strong leadership and teamwork skills with a cooperative spirit.
    • Ability to perform under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
