Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Purchasing and Supply Manager, his objective will be to: FH Supplier

  • Develop the procurement plan.
  • Place replenishment orders.
  • Monitor delivery times and follow up with suppliers.
  • Dealing with overstocks and stockout risks Analysis of needs by program
  • Creation of orders according to MRP proposals and delivery tracking.
  • Monitoring of receipt disputes.
  • Monitoring of supplier reserves and acknowledgments of receipt.
  • Stock optimization and proposal of improvement actions.
  • Reduction in the number of missing people.
  • Monitoring and analysis of current and forecast shortages.
  • Coordination with the purchasing department for the processing of price disputes.
  • Contact person for a program chosen by the hierarchical manager.
  • Monitoring of recommendations for cancellations, postponements and advancements
  • Analysis of the material during unexpected requests from the client.

Desired Candidate Profile

minimum level of education: Bac +3

good knowledge of the industrial process and needs.

I am sad about using office software and MRP

Good communication in English

Mastery of stock management and calculation of needs
