About the role The Supply Chain Planning Manager is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end supply plans to ensure optimal product availability, inventory health, and customer service levels. This role will lead cross-functional planning activities across supply planning, production planning, and inventory management, balancing cost, capacity, and service objectives.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Supply Planning & Execution Lead the end-to-end supply planning process across multiple manufacturing sites Ensure alignment between demand forecasts, production plans, and inventory strategies Optimize inventory levels while maintaining high service levels and minimizing costs Oversee supply planning for three manufacturing plants
• S&OP / Integrated Business Planning Support and lead the weekly and monthly supply review processes Present global capacity outlook, key risks, and mitigation plan to stakeholders Drive decision-making through data-driven insights and scenario analysis
• Data & Systems Management Ensure high-quality planning master data, including planning parameters and system settings Maintain and continuously improve system configuration to ensure reliable planning outputs Identify opportunities to enhance planning processes, tools, and data accuracy
• Risk Management & Communication Proactively identify supply risks and constraints (capacity, materials, production) Communicate clearly and timely on risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams
• Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of supply planners Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and continuous improvement culture Define clear objectives and monitor team performance
