• Supervise all production activities.
• Ensure compliance with production, quality, cost and delivery objectives.
• Organize and optimize human and technical resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Managing continuous improvement and productivity projects.
• Ensure the maintenance and availability of equipment.

Management

• To manage the supply chain, logistics and production teams.
• D. Develop skills and support operational managers.
• Establish a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure good coordination between the different departments.

Reporting & strat gie

• Prepare reports for senior management.
• Participate in the company's strategic decisions.
