Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
- Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet production and customer needs.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure continuity and resilience.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution functions.
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are Looking for:br> /
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
