This senior role will take full ownership of the group s supply chain strategy, leading end-to-end operations across sourcing, logistics, inventory, and supplier partnerships. The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in driving efficiency, resilience, and cost-effectiveness within a fast-paced retail or consumer goods environment./p>

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the supply chain function across the retail group.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and service levels.

• Oversee supplier and logistics partner relationships.

• Drive best practice across demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management.

• Provide leadership and direction to the team while working closely with the executive board.
