Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for all franchise restaurants.
  • Forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels across outlets.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for food, packaging, and equipment.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
  • Optimize logistics, warehousing, and distribution processes.
  • Implement inventory controls to reduce waste and prevent stockouts.
  • Coordinate with restaurant operations for smooth supply flow and new store setups.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Track key supply chain metrics and submit periodic reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–8 years’ experience in supply chain/procurement, ideally in F&B/QSR/FMCG.
  • Strong vendor management, forecasting, and logistics skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and cold-chain requirements.
  • Proficient in ERP/inventory systems; strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment; willing to travel.
