Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and source suitable buildings, engage landlords and real estate brokers, negotiate lease and commercial terms, conduct site visits, coordinate internal approvals, and close supply deals in line with Manzil s requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Strong experience in real estate sourcing, leasing, or property acquisition is preferred.

The Supply Lead will work closely with operations and leadership to ensure buildings meet location, capacity, pricing, and readiness requirements. This is a hands-on role based in Dubai, playing a critical part in expanding Manzil s physical supply footprint.
