Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 application support for MERN-based applications Troubleshoot and resolve backend, API, and database issues Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement fixes
Support deployment, monitoring, and incident management
Work closely with development teams for bugfixes and enhancements Handle production issues, SLA adl1erence, and incident reports Perform database queries and data validation in MongoDB
Assist in release support and rollback activities Document issues, resolutions, and SOPs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in MERN stack support or development Strong knowledge ofNode.js & Express.js
Hands-on experience with MongoDB / Mongoose Good understanding of REST APIs & HTTP methods Experience with debugging production issues Knowledge of authentication (JWT, sessions) Familiarity with Linux basics & server logs Experience using Git for version control
Desired Candidate Profile
