Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Support Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical and functional support to our customers using our Call Accounting Software. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring smooth operations, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.


  • Serve as the first line of support for customers using the Call Accounting Software.
  • Log, track, and manage customer support requests in the CRM system.
  • Provide remote and onsite assistance for software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for escalated issues and follow through until resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and solutions provided.
  • Train customers on system usage and updates when required.
  • Ensure all support activities are completed within the agreed SLA timelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in software support, IT helpdesk, or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of call accounting software or telecom billing systems is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot software and basic networking issues.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Customer-centric attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems will be an added advantage.
