Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end-users, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Document all support interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up activities, creating a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams, providing detailed information to facilitate efficient resolution.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems, implementing preventative measures to avoid future incidents.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in IT principles.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications, demonstrating proficiency in core IT skills.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in a support role, showcasing a proven ability to handle user issues and provide technical assistance.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS), networking, and hardware, enabling effective troubleshooting.
