Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end-users, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Document all support interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up activities, creating a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams, providing detailed information to facilitate efficient resolution.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems, implementing preventative measures to avoid future incidents.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in IT principles.
- Hold relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications, demonstrating proficiency in core IT skills.
- Have 2+ years of experience in a support role, showcasing a proven ability to handle user issues and provide technical assistance.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS), networking, and hardware, enabling effective troubleshooting.
