Surface Well Testing Supervisor

Supervise and manage all offshore surface well testing operations, including rig-up, testing, flaring, and rig-down activities.

Ensure surface testing equipment (separators, burners, choke manifolds, flowlines, tanks, etc.) is correctly installed, pressure-tested, and certified.

Execute well testing programs according to approved procedures and operational plans.

Act as the main offshore interface between the operator, rig team, and service providers for surface testing activities.

Enforce strict compliance with HSE standards, conducting toolbox talks, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).

Monitor test parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rates, and fluid properties, and respond to abnormal conditions.

Minimise non-productive time (NPT) through effective planning and coordination.

Ensure accurate data collection and reporting during testing operations.

Prepare daily operational reports and comprehensive end-of-job reports.

Provide leadership and guidance to offshore well testing crews.
