Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage survey projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Conduct thorough analyses of survey data, providing actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and geologists, to ensure comprehensive data collection.
- Develop and implement survey methodologies tailored to specific project requirements and client needs.
- Oversee the selection, training, and performance evaluation of survey staff to maintain high operational standards.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout all survey operations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate survey results to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring cost-effective survey operations.
- Utilize advanced surveying technology and software to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, integrating new techniques and technologies into survey practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in surveying or geomatics is required.
- Professional licensure or certification as a land surveyor is highly preferred.
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and surveying software is crucial.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets are necessary.
- Proficiency in project management principles and methodologies is essential for success.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing diverse teams and projects.
- A strong understanding of local surveying regulations and compliance requirements is critical.
- Candidates should possess a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
