System, Cloud & Storage Engineer (Post-Sales) Visiontech Systems International L.L.C

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled System, Cloud & Storage Engineer to join our post-sales technical team. The role involves implementation, integration, and support of enterprise IT infrastructure solutions, covering servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms across multiple OEMs. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, customer-facing, and capable of handling end-to-end deployments, troubleshooting, and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support enterprise servers (HPE, Dell, Lenovo) and storage solutions (HPE, NetApp, Dell EMC, etc.).
• Implement and manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and integrate with hybrid cloud (Azure, AWS).
• Deliver post-sales technical solutions, ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Perform system administration tasks (Windows/Linux servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, patching, backup & DR).
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud.
• Support hardware installation, cabling, and initial configurations during deployments.
• Collaborate with presales, project managers, and support teams for successful delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation, handover materials, and provide customer knowledge transfer.
• Optimize solutions for performance, security, and scalability.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation and support.
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Servers: HPE, Dell,Lenovo (installation, configuration, firmware, lifecycle management).
• Storage: NetApp,HPE (3PAR/Primera/Nimble), Dell EMC Unity/PowerStore, etc.
• Virtualization: VMware, vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V/KVM/OpenSource
• Cloud: Azure and/or AWS (IaaS, hybrid integrations).
• Backup & DR: Veeam, Acronis, or similar.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, VLANs, routing basics).
• Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams on project delivery.

Preferred Certifications (advantageous but not mandatory)

• Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) / AWS SysOps Administrator
• OEM certifications (HPE ASE, Dell EMC Proven Professional, NetApp NCDA)
• ITIL Foundation
