Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, upgrade, and support Lenel access control systems
  • Integrate security systems with network and database infrastructure
  • Configure and support network components (firewalls, switches, DNS, DHCP)
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues
  • Coordinate upgrades and report system status to stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements:

  • Lenel OnGuard deployment, upgrade, integration, and troubleshooting experience
  • Strong knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, and ELV systems
  • Experience with CCTV platforms such as Hikvision, Avigilon, Milestone, VideoXpert
  • Strong SQL skills (complex queries/scripts)
  • Experience with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle
  • Solid system/network knowledge with strong troubleshooting skills
