Role and Responsibilities:

·      Lead end-to-end recruitment for oil & gas project roles, including engineering, construction management, and technical support positions across GCC.

·      Collaborate with hiring managers and project leads to define workforce needs, build talent pipelines, and proactively address recruitment challenges.

·      Source high-caliber candidates using industry-specific platforms, social media, and targeted headhunting strategies.

·      Evaluate candidate qualifications against strict client and project-specific criteria, including local labor regulations and work eligibility.

·      Drive competitive offer negotiation and manage closing processes to secure top talent.

·      Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure smooth coordination of interviews and feedback loops.

·      Partner with visa/mobilization teams and HR to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance for international placements.

·      Continuously contribute to process improvement and innovations in talent acquisition strategies within the Oil & Gas vertical.

·      Serve as a mentor to junior recruitment team members as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

·      Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas or engineering consultancy.

·      Proven experience in PMC recruitment with multi-country exposure, ideally across GCC!!!

·      Bachelors degree preferred.

·      Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM systems, job boards, and sourcing tools.

·      Fluent in English.
