Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Talent Empowerment Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HRMS data management, benefits processing, and compliance support to ensure efficient HR operations across the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end to end recruitment cycle — job postings, screening, interviews, and offer issuance.
Oversee onboarding formalities, HRMS registration, and document compliance.
Maintain and audit employee records, contracts, and benefits databases.
Process reimbursements, allowances, and staff-related payments.
Coordinate training, employee engagement, and departmental reports.
Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and UAE labour regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles in UAE, preferably from Higher Education Institution.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Advanced MS Office proficiency.
Professional HR certification (CIPD/PHR) preferred.
