Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Talent Empowerment Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HRMS data management, benefits processing, and compliance support to ensure efficient HR operations across the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end to end recruitment cycle — job postings, screening, interviews, and offer issuance.

  • Oversee onboarding formalities, HRMS registration, and document compliance.

  • Maintain and audit employee records, contracts, and benefits databases.

  • Process reimbursements, allowances, and staff-related payments.

  • Coordinate training, employee engagement, and departmental reports.

  • Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and UAE labour regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.

  • 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles in UAE, preferably from Higher Education Institution.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Advanced MS Office proficiency.

  • Professional HR certification (CIPD/PHR) preferred.
