Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in alignment with organizational goals.

  • Conduct thorough screening processes, including behavioral interviews, to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and define job specifications accurately.

  • Prepare HR and recruitment related analysis uisng AI tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Certification in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

  • Experience in technical recruitment or specialized sectors such as architecture and engineering.

  • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
