Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the posting of vacant positions on the Oracle ERP system and monitor their approval process.
  • Publication of job vacancies internally, as well as the dissemination of job postings on the website and through recruitment agencies.
  • Participate in the pre-selection and scheduling of interviews
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up with the various worker placement entities (ANEM, Emploitic)
  • Insert all data related to recruitment (insert job offers into the system)
  • Provide daily reporting of recruitment-related activities across the three regions (central, eastern, western)
  • Preparation of integration files for new recruits, classification and archiving of all documents (manual and electronic)
  • Conducting job interviews for entry-level positions.
  • Representing Ooredoo at job fairs and various events with our partners
  • Organize and lead the integration days.
  • Total experience between 0 and 3 years
  • Minimum of one year of higher education in business, finance or other fields.
