Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the posting of vacant positions on the Oracle ERP system and monitor their approval process.
- Publication of job vacancies internally, as well as the dissemination of job postings on the website and through recruitment agencies.
- Participate in the pre-selection and scheduling of interviews
- Ensure rigorous follow-up with the various worker placement entities (ANEM, Emploitic)
- Insert all data related to recruitment (insert job offers into the system)
- Provide daily reporting of recruitment-related activities across the three regions (central, eastern, western)
- Preparation of integration files for new recruits, classification and archiving of all documents (manual and electronic)
- Conducting job interviews for entry-level positions.
- Representing Ooredoo at job fairs and various events with our partners
- Organize and lead the integration days.
- Total experience between 0 and 3 years
- Minimum of one year of higher education in business, finance or other fields.
