Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Doctor Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment of physicians across various specialties. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified doctors while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment for doctors (specialists, consultants, general practitioners).
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified medical professionals.
2. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with clinic/hospital operations and medical directors to understand hiring needs.
Coordinate interviews with internal panels and leadership teams.
Provide regular updates on hiring status and market insights.
3. Candidate Management
Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and licensing.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Negotiate offers in alignment with company policies.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Verify credentials, licenses, and certifications as per regulatory requirements.
Ensure all documentation is complete for onboarding and licensing processes.
5. Market Mapping & Strategy
Conduct market research on doctor availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top medical talent.
6. Employer Branding
Support initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice among healthcare professionals.
Participate in job fairs, medical conferences, and networking events.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or doctor hiring.
Experience in recruiting for multiple specialties is an advantage.
Familiarity with medical licensing requirements (DHA / MOH / HAAD or relevant authorities).
Key Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation and stakeholder management
Sourcing and networking expertise
Knowledge of healthcare recruitment practices
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
