Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Type: Permanent
Joining: Immediate or within 1 month

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas project roles.
• Source qualified candidates using Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, and other portals.
• Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) for candidate management and reporting.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and deliver on time.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for ongoing and future projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms.
• Proven expertise in sourcing through Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, and other portals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A team player with the right attitude, adaptability, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
